Japan visa application reject भएपछि तुरुन्त उही documents फेरि submit गर्नु सामान्यतया सही कदम होइन। Japanको Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) अनुसार एउटै purposeका लागि rejection भएको छ भने सामान्यतया छ महिनाभित्र reapplication स्वीकार गरिँदैन। Significant circumstances change वा humanitarian necessity भए Embassy/Consulateसँग पहिले consultation गर्न सकिने exception हुन सक्छ।
पहिले refusal र non-acceptance छुट्याउनुहोस्
- Application not accepted: errors, missing documents, insufficient passport validity, pending COE वा wrong jurisdiction जस्ता filing problem हुन सक्छ.
- Application rejected: examinationपछि visa issue नभएको decision हो.
VFS/Embassyबाट पाएको notice, passport marking र communication सुरक्षित राख्नुहोस्। “Additional document नदिएको कारण process अगाडि बढेन” र formal rejectionको next step फरक हुन सक्छ।
Embassyले exact reason किन नबताउन सक्छ?
MOFAको official FAQअनुसार specific rejection reason सामान्यतया disclose गरिँदैन, ताकि examination criteria misuse नगरियोस्। त्यसैले agentले “Embassyभित्रको exact reason थाहा छ” भन्दै पैसा मागे सावधान हुनुहोस्। Applicantले आफ्नो fileमा objective inconsistency audit गर्नुपर्छ।
Six-month rule सही रूपमा बुझ्नुहोस्
Previous application reject भएको same purposeका लागि छ महिनाभित्र application सामान्यतया स्वीकार हुँदैन। Purpose शब्द महत्त्वपूर्ण छ: touristलाई student भनेर label मात्र बदल्नु legitimate new purpose हुँदैन। Circumstances materially change भएको र humanitarian need भएको caseमा Embassy/Consulateले early reapplication consider गर्ने कि नगर्नेबारे applicationअघि consult गर्न MOFAले भनेको छ। Exception automatic होइन।

- Passport name, date of birth र document spellings identical छन्?
- Purpose clear, lawful र itinerary/COEसँग consistent छ?
- Financial source वास्तविक र traceable छ?
- Sponsor relationship documentary evidenceले support गर्छ?
- Employment/school historyमा unexplained gaps छन्?
- Previous travel, refusals वा immigration history truthfully declared छ?
- COE details applicationसँग match गर्छ?
- Invitation, guarantee र accommodation information consistent छ?
- Translations complete र readable छन्?

COE भए पनि visa किन reject हुन सक्छ?
COEले visa guarantee गर्दैन। MOFAका अनुसार visa stageमा identity, passport validity, issuance criteria र COE fraudulent/mistaken informationमा आधारित थियो कि जस्ता अन्य points examine हुन्छन्। त्यसैले “COE आयो, visa पक्का” भन्ने agent promise गलत हो।
Financial documents सुधार्ने तरिका
- Balance-only screenshot होइन, official statement and transaction history
- Large depositको source: sale, salary, loan, remittance or gift evidence
- Sponsor income, tax and employment documents consistent
- Trip/study cost र available funds realistic
- Fake bank balance वा temporarily parked money प्रयोग नगर्ने
Relationship र purpose evidence
Family visitमा birth/marriage relationship, invitation reason र stay schedule मिल्नुपर्छ। Student/work applicationमा education/employment history, course/job relevance र future plan स्पष्ट हुनुपर्छ। अत्यधिक rehearsed generic statementभन्दा dates, facts र supporting records राम्रो हुन्छ।

- Applicant identity and intended visa purpose
- Previous application date and outcome—truthfully
- Materially changed facts since refusal
- New evidence attached
- Any previous inconsistencyको concise correction
- Lawful travel/stay plan and return/compliance commitment
