Quick help
App blocking doesn’t start
Open Focus Lock and grant Screen Time permission when asked. In iOS Settings → Screen Time, confirm Focus Lock is allowed. Then start a new Focus session.
Can’t select apps
App picking uses Apple’s FamilyActivityPicker. If the picker is empty, re-authorize Screen Time and try again.
Subscription / restore purchases
Use Restore Purchases in the App. Manage billing in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Privacy
Focus Lock only shields apps you select, and only during Focus sessions you start. Read the Privacy Policy.
